Yolia Andom scores hat-trick as Gejeret humble Southern Red Sea

Gejeret delivered a dominant display on Day 6 of the Eritrean Women’s Club Championship 2025, thrashing the Southern Red Sea team 6-0 to secure their second victory.

The match started with an early breakthrough as Yorkabel Kiflom scored in the 3rd minute. Soliana Daniel doubled the lead later after 12 minutes.

The spotlight, however, was on Yolia Andom, who put on a stellar display, netting a hat-trick with goals in the 18th, 60th, and 63rd minutes.

Gejeret’s attacking dominance left no room for their opponents, securing a resounding win and strengthening their position in the tournament.

At the end of the match, Yolia Andom who netted her second hat-trick was deservedly awarded the Player of the Match for her outstanding contribution.

With this victory Gejeret continues to lead Category B Group 1 with six points after they also registered a 5-0 win against Edaga Hamus in their opening match.
