Twenty nine coaches complete CAF C license training course in Eritrea
A record 29 coaches have completed a CAF C license training course that ended in Asmara.
The 21-day course that attracted coaches from all regions was organized by the Eritrean National Football Federation (ENFF) in collaboration with the Confederation of African Football (CAF).
Speaking at the closing ceremony, the President of ENFF, Paulos Woldehaimanot urged the participants to take what they have learnt during the training seriously.
He reminded them to turn their knowledge into practical work and work responsibly in their fields and contribute to the development of football in Eritrea.
The course was divided into three modules which included theory and practical. The training was tailored in relation to the new way of playing football and included topics; regular and serious monitoring during training, balancing players, playing technique, sports psychology to be instilled in players, leadership and communication with players, Time management in the game and rules of refereeing among others.
The coaches also thanked ENFF for this great opportunity which has helped them learn new things and move to another step in their coaching journeys.
