Eritrean National Team Receives Warm Welcome in Kenya Ahead of Group D Clash against Kenya

The Eritrean National Team received a warm welcome from members of the Eritrean community in Kenya ahead of their upcoming match against the Harambee Stars on 26 September.

The welcoming gathering was attended by H.E. Ambassador Beyene Russom, Eritrea’s Ambassador to Kenya, alongside members and representatives of the Eritrean community, who came together to show their support for the national team ahead of the fixture.

The occasion provided an opportunity for the players and technical staff to connect with the Eritrean community in Kenya, whose presence and encouragement added to the positive atmosphere surrounding the team ahead of matchday.

Eritrea will face Kenya’s Harambee Stars on 26 September, with the team continuing its final preparations for the encounter.
