Eritrea ranked 184th in latest FIFA World rankings

Eritrea have been placed in 184^th in the last FIFA rankings released the world Football body.

The latest FIFA rankings were released on April 1^st with Eritrea placed 184^th with 887.06 points.

The Red Sea Camels of Eritrea ejected Eswatini 4-1 on aggregate on Tuesday in the preliminary round of the TotalEnergies CAF Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) 2027 qualifiers.

Eritrea is also placed ninth in the Council of East and Central Africa Football Associations (CECAFA) Zone ahead of Djibouti and Somalia.

France remains the highest ranked nation with 1877.32 points, while Morocco who are placed 8^th with 1755.87 points are also Africa’s best ranked nation. FIFA will release the next world rankings on June 10^th, 2026.
