Red Sea Camels Arrive in Egypt, Turn Focus to South Africa

The Eritrea National Team arrived in Cairo this morning ahead of their upcoming international fixture against South Africa.

The squad will continue preparations in the Egyptian capital as attention turns to Wednesday’s match, following Saturday’s 1–1 draw against Kenya in Nairobi.

The accompanying video follows the team’s arrival in Cairo and the start of preparations for the South Africa fixture, while also hearing from members of the coaching staff as they reflect on the Kenya match and look ahead to the next challenge.

The match against South Africa will be Eritrea’s second fixture of the international window and is scheduled for Wednesday, 30 September 2026.
